sleep better in this gloriously cool nightime weather, or is it just me? Now, if only it would frost, maybe my allergies wouldn't keep kicking my butt during daylight hours. . .

This is wonderful sleeping weather and I sure hope it sticks around. I am not ready for frost yet tho as I don't want to drag my flowers in and I still have some things in the garden.

but I hate cold weather myself. love summer and the heat too. but summer is nearing it's end. so sad am I! So enjoy all you cold weather lovers it's you're season now! see you in June cause I'll be bundled up til then!

Reminds me

of when I was a kid. My bedroom window was a little above and next to my bed. My mom made curtains out of an old cowboy and Indian bedsheet I had. It was usually hot in my room at bedtime, but the wind would blow in a little, move the curtain back a twinge, and then the cool air would down on me as I laid close to the wall. Oh, how I love the cool breezes at bedtime...
