Excuse me; but didn't the Iraq resolution say something about using force against terrorists in Iraq and fighting international terrorism?

A vote against the Iraq resolution was a vote to allow Saddam Hussein and terrorists to continue?

Ron Paul is seriously confused. That's why he lost his presidential bid in 1988...and nothing has changed.
