Doans back ache pills help. (So does beer, but that's beside the point.) Soak in a hot bath, use a heating pad....and stay off the COUCH. Laying in bed is better than the couch.

herniated disc

I had 2 explode and fragments went into 7 diff. nerves. I had surgery and was told everything went well . Told the doc. no somethings wrong had another doctor order an MRI with dye and found surgery failed. that was is 2001 I still have nerve damage lower back,left leg,3toes on left foot are dead, and cannot walk any great distance or even go up a small incline without very servere pain. I take meds every day and to sleep. I also have lots of scar tissue from a screwed up surgery. And I would never go back to see an occupational doctor here in town or be sent to Mercy and have surgery but htats just my opinion. Oh they offered another surgery and said it would not releive any pain???? And also 60% change of paralizing me from waist down so I declined their offer.
