Made it home. 9 1/2 hours to go 330 miles. Saw over 100 cars in ditches...it was probably a sign we should have stayed overnight again, but it's good to be home :)

I am glad to hear that you made it home safe.
I had quite a day and never left home.
I went out with the snow thrower to clean my walks and the gate was frozen shut so I had to climb over a 6 ft wood fence to get it open.
After that I headed for my front walks and met a neighbor already cleaning it.
We finished his and I headed for my drive. It was cleaned plus salted by another neighbor that has a snow plow. so I went over and cleaned his walks.
I then returned home real pleased with my neighbors to get my butt chewed out by my wife for violating my restrictions because she watched me climb the fence.
My son pulled in and took my side telling her that it was better to try than set in a chair complaining.
She saw our side and agreed.
If I see Nedl I am going to run over him because he ordered all this snow.
Ha ha.
