It seems the board has mellowed abit the last couple of weeks. That's a good thing...I think.

Maine is still the same. Boring, but hopefully I'll get accomplished all I planned to while here. Not sure how the relationship is going to go though. My ''girlfriend'' and her folks had to close the restaurant we opened in May of '06. Very sad for all. She's kind of in this funk. Doesn't seem to want to get out of it either.
Having some minor(hopefully) health issues myself, which makes it hard for me to give her the support she needs. Going to the doctor next week. Hopefully a change of diet will be a major help. On a better note, I've cut my drinking in 1/2 and ''stonervote'' may no longer be a good name for me. Maybe ''lonervote'' will be the new one.

Anyway, don't have the net at the house yet, so I'm at the library, but I'll try to stay on top of things here. I know how much you all miss my opinions(SV chuckles to himself)

Take care all and have a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.

Hope you like shoveling snow

I hear they get a lot of it in Maine. Hope you get settled in soon. Good luck to you and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

SV

It's good to see your message. Seems like some of us have health problems in the neighborhood. I hope yours get resolved rather quickly. Cutting your drinking in half is a good idea and wish i could do that myself. Anyway, keep your spirits up and work toward the goals you have set for yourself and all will come together I am sure.

What a mixed message.

You tell SV that cutting his drinking is good, but that he should keep his ''spirits'' up. If the bottle is tipped up doesn't that just exaserbate his drinking?
