but as far precinct, I'd think city hall could atleast direct you where to go.

For affiliation? Just show up at your new choice head quarters and they'll take care of you.

You Can find out what precint you are in by calling the Muscatine county Auditors office. If you want to change your party you can fill out a new voter registration there or call them and they can mail you one.

up and tell the old blue hair that you are there to vote for Obama. If she asks you why tell her ''Because George W. Bush doesn't care about black people.''
