but can you imagine if they gave this butter face the chair how she'd bubble? Like a lard in a hot skillet. No offense to the deceased or his family but what did he see in this Moo to begin with?

I wasn't there...

to hear all the testimony, nor see any of the evidence, but I truly believe our judicial system works. I've always thought that, even when OJ got acquitted...didn't agree with it, but accepted it out of respect for our system.

I think too, that James Weaver is an intelligent man and a good attorney, and probably did the best he could with what he had.

I realize too, that a lot of women in abusive relationships...out of fear, simply stay until they snap. I don't think that was the case here. These two dated for a matter of drug and alcohol filled weeks, and what happened, while tragic, was not, in my opinion, a woman just defending herself from an abusive boyfriend, nor do I think she was incapacitated because of her drug or alcohol use. Drunk or high, she may have been, but regardless, I think you are still responsible for your actions. I think this woman used that excuse, and it didn't work with the jury.

I was not in the court room but just from the testimony in the papers, this gal changed her story too many times. He might have been abusive to her or others, who knows, she could have kept him away from her home. She had children she needed to think about but it sounds like she more interested in the alcohol, drugs , and sex than the care of her child. If they brought out the records of pasts for both of them it wouldn't have looked good.
