George W. Bush couldn't be troubled to attend a UN conference about global warming, but he did make an ''after-dinner''.

If I helped elect this man to office, I'd be SO embarrassed. This is just another example of Bush's state of cluelessness (yea, I know that's not a real word).

And we (you) re-elected him?

I am NOT a die-hard Democrat. There is probably a candidate or two from the Republican Party I could support.

Is there a candidate out there, however, who, if elected, can undo all the damage Bush has done to our image world-wide? Is there a candidate out there who TRULY cares, or just gives more of the Bush-style ''lip service'' to America's problems.

For the first time since I've been old enough to even remember who the President was, I'm embarrassed and ashamed of what he's done.

Even Mitt is looking good to this Democrat.

Rainy day...you all have a reprieve from the getting-ready-for-Fall yardwork. We shoudl all just sit around and whine today!

A little cheese with the whine?

I don't believe any of them. I was watching Obama on the Daily Show and he said that it was all a big game...that they're all lying and the American people know they are lying. It seemed like the most honest thing I'd heard a candidate say in a long time...then again...can I believe him then, also...probably not. We the people have been dumbed down over the years...made to be too busy to care...and complacency has replaced competence...
