Cat hell

Posted in: Muscatine
I got a cat about 8 months ago. My first cat and he is a major stinker! I got him nuetered and he is almost a year old. He does not know the meaning of ''NO''. He knocks over stuff so it falls and breaks. I heard of the ''squirt water bottle'' to control cats, but this cat loves water! He has knocked over and broke so much stuff! Does anyone with cats have any advice?

see lilsmom -

probably the best answer (and funniest) that you will get.

i do have a story that changed a young neutered cat i had long ago (i really have 2 stories - the 2nd story is the best one, but pc/pita freaks would probably object even though 'they all lived happily ever after').

cook a large turkey (it was for thanksgiving which is just around the corner). throw the picked clean carcass on the linoleum floor. my cat stuck its head and half its body into the carcass cavity and pushed the turkey around the floor until i couldn't stand the fun any longer (if you know what i mean SV).

the cat emerged from its tryptophan heaven a changed beast.

My MIL-

Left the door to her dryer open one laundry day. Unknown to her, her cat climbed in and fell asleep. She threw an armload of wet laundry in, shut the door and started it. What a mess. Cat hair and sh!t all over the inside of the dryer and laundry. Can't remember if it killed the cat.
