Muscatine

what is going on down on 2nd st tomorrow from 3pm-11pm? I live down here and have no idea what is going on but there is no parking during that time. I was just wanting to know since I have to leave town Friday and I always pack my car for my trip the night before, but it doesn't look like I am going to be able to do that. I guess it is going to be a very very early moring Friday for me since I will have to pack then.
Anyways I was just wondering if anyone knew what was going on. Thanks.

I found out

this morning. I was walking to my car and seen a sign up on the end of the parking lot. It said that it is Moonlight Mania or something like that. There will be food, a beer garden, as well as live music. Street is closed from 3-11p on the Pearl Plaza end.
