Muscatine

The way I read the 5th ward there are two Republicans running and a Democrat, who I don'r know. Hmm, should it be Phillips or Roby?
Roby ran for something a while back and lost, Phillips is how old, but was Mayor. She knows already that City Council does only what they are told, Roby wouldn't fight the system. Who should I vote for?
Any suggestions?

You should vote for whomever you think is the best candidate. You have a thrid choice, Henry Marquard. Beong old shouldn't matter, and having lost a prior election shouldn't matter. Character matters.
