every day. I did for a time. It caused me to lock myself in my apartment, refuse to answer the door and phone, keep shades pulled down, cancel my credit cards, withdraw all my money and hide it, sleep sitting up in a chair clutching my can of mace, take no showers and eat nothing unless sealed in cans because most food and drink was contaminated.
All that because a daily dose of Oprah convinced me that every living human out there was a killer, pervert, baby raper, child or woman abuser, disease carrier, thug, gang member, user, dealer, I.D. thief, computer hacker, burgler, wacko and pumped up on steriods.
I'm ok now. Some nice people put a new jacket on me and let me sleep for a long while. The voices went away and everything.
