Some of you old timers may recognize my screen name and some of you don?’t. That?’s fine. My purpose today is to speak my mind and my thoughts on some people on this board.
Recently, a good friend of mine came under fire on this board by an individual who ?– in my mind ?– is nothing.
To you ?– Mr. Know It All, to coin a phrase, You don?’t know Jack! I?’ve known Dan for over 15 years. In that time, life has given him a bumpy road. During that time he has tried ?– and succeeded ?– and sometimes not ?– overcome those obstacles.
Recently, you claim to know him. You claim to know his habits, his work, everything about him, Quite the opposite. If you claim to know him, you would find out he is a hard working man who is in good standing with people you only wish to know. He loves his work, his family, and his hobbies. His standing in the community ?– to the best of my knowledge ?– is good.
For you to get on line and taunt just shows what a Dirty, Rabid Dog you really are! Is the reason you taunt him is because you know inside that you cannot come close to the level of knowledge and/or expertise? I believe that is why you do the things you do.
I was there at Wesley Methodist Church when the Four Freshmen performed for the Jackson Concert Series back in 2002. I was there to help him down a fight of stairs with Gear in tow when he took sick. I was there when he asked me to apologize to the Wesley people and the band for not thanking them for letting him work the Sound Board that evening. I was there at Salvatore?’s when he told me he was out of a job and was not offered to join with MPW AND about being accused of wrongdoing during the cable tv buyout ?– which he was cleared and received no apology (are you reading this, R.H?).
He currently freelances both Audio and Video and enjoys what he does. He has a Resume that is ?– in my opinion ?– impressive.
My personal feelings towards people who taunt, trash, and badmouth others should stop and think about who they direct hatred or taunts. They may turn out to be someone who you can learn something from. I?’m sure that someone with honest intent who would take the time and get to know Dan ?– or anyone else for that matter ?– could walk away with a more positive impression of that individual.
I am respectively asking for you back off - besides, I may already know you.
