The word ''Seems'' used in this context would mean it is the understanding of the writer, but is not based in fact. However if there is a fight to pass laws banning or restricting ownership of assult rifles and the NRA opposes such a effort, we can assume that the NRA is for your owership right. Now does the NRA actually want every American to own assult rifles? I say yes. Would you like to know why?
