Not true to error on the positiv
Once again, obviously some one is either skipping through my post, or misreading it. Please dont think I am yelling, I am only doing caps so everone will see:
WE WERE APPROVED ON THURSDAY BY THE MUSCATINE FIRE DEPARTMENT TO OPEN. TWO, COUNT THEM, TWO FIREFIGHTERS WALKED THROUGH AND SAID ALL WAS GOOD AND TO HAVE FUN.
It wasn't until Friday night, 30 minutes before opening, that another fireman showed and said it was unsafe. What we are trying to get to the bottom of is this.... how can one crew say all is good and one crew say it is a deathtrap. Aren't all fireman trained the same?
There are absolutely none of us ''knocking'' the fire dept. We are simply trying to find out what I previously stated.
As for your comment on their ''meeting'', here is why we brought that up. A fireman, which I will not name, showed up Friday night. After the whole fiasco with the other crew and the Chief doing their walk through and us being closed, we asked Chief Dahlby why they shut us down and the other crew on Thursday said it was fine. His reply to us was that the crew on Thursday was not as ''highly trained'' in this type of structure as the unamed fireman that came Friday. So our position on this is, if the Friday unamed fireman was so ''highly teined'', as chief Dahlby said, why did he have to call in 7 other people to decided to shut us down?
This story goes much deeper than you guys on here know. It involves many people in Muscatine politics, many stories going around that are not the truth, and certain people of authority trying to blame everything on another public official, numerous phone calls to a certain official, that my taxes pay his salary, with no reply after alomost 3 days, and lets not leave out the Fire Department being at a store here in town that had the same haunted house construction that we were shut down for.
I will start a new post explaining as much as possible soon.
As I said before, our intention is not to ''knock'' anyone. I believe they are doing this to themselves by their constant inconsistancies in their story.
