I read a while back there were some zoning issues to be cleared up if Newcomb was to buy it; or something like that. Looks like that must have happened.

I believe Newcomb is going in where the old scale house is. I thought it was pretty cool when they put up the building because they just included the scale house into the building. They did't tear it down like I thought they might.

I don't know for sure but I had heard that Curry's Trucking & RD Repair are going in across the road.
