dumb question...

Yea, I always act like I know it all. I don't. Yea, I know ALMOST all of it ;)

I don't live in Muscatine proper. I live outside the city limits. If I'm correct (and believe me, I've been wrong before, so I'm not surprised or insulted if I am)...I can't vote in city elections?

It's just odd that there are so many residential neighborhoods that are just outside the city limits, but most of us, if we don't live inside the city limits, we probably work there.

Anyway, if anyone can answer this, I'd appreciate it!

I know what you mean. I do live in city limits but I have family that just lives outside of the limits, that are a little upset that they own businesses in town and can't vote.
