Smokers are already under the gun, with everyone's approval, many people agreed w/ the post for the Florida employer banning smoking!?
Next are the ''alcohol drinkers''. Once they are taken care of...the ''obesity issue facing our country will be addressed'' in the same way! As soon as THAT situation is eradicated...''sigh!'', there will be another ''designer bandwagon to jump on''.
We'll all be lectured about how bad it is for us, how it'll drive our insurance premiums higher & be bad for our economy, so we should all jump on board! Many of us will agree, when it doesn't apply to us personally!

If you like having free will speak up, NOW...even if you don't agree w/ the specific issue! We all need to look at the big picture. Does my employer have a right to know what you or I do in our free time? HE$$ NO! They pay me for 40 hrs. a week. If they want to pay attention to any of my other hours...I require overtime & 1/2, heck, DOUBLE, TRIPLE TIME!
So should every other American, Period, no discussion or arbitration required! We fought for & continue to fight for this very right! It is what sets us apart & why everyone else wants to be here! EAT, DRINK & BE MERRY is our motto. LOL! It's a Right, not to be messed with!

You sure have that right.
If it does not affect me it is not worth my time seems to be the thinking of most people.
When the smoking and drinking stops, then they will have to tax food higher as that is all that is left to tax.
Someone has to pay for the pork barrel projects.
