Besides their illustriuous minimum wage bill and the 9/11 bill, what has Congress actually done besides stall and piss and moan, that even deserves a 2 week break?

Does anyone else think that members of Congress should only be paid (by the hour) for the days they actually spend on the Hill and that they should be docked pay for every vote they miss?

and I also think each bill should have to stand on its own with out any crap being added to it as both parties are guilty of.
