toocool? your comments lately haven't been...cool. Our friends & family members may help us along the way, they do not define us. As Jeff stated, we may not agree or appreciate some of our friends views, but we find that they have enough virtues in them that we can consider them a friend.
''Do you always support friends that belittle others then?'', is what your very post says. Jeff might have a friend that ''belittles others'', but YOU, you toocool, have chosen to do the very same, to Jeff & biker.
Show us your virtues, toocool. Hurting/cutting another poster down will not ever make you feel good. As Jeff stated in yet another post, ''the aunts'' taught love, compassion & tolerance. Before you post, toocool, can you just ask yourself two questions before you push that SEND KEY? 1) ''Would you want want another ''neighbor'' to say this to your face?'', and, 2) ''How would reading what I just wrote make me feel if it were directed toward me?''
toocool, I've said some really mean things on this site in anger to others & regretted them later. It's human nature! I am guessing that we all have. The beauty in humanity is that we have a brain & a heart. If we use them, (sometimes later than we wish), we have a chance to internalize, to learn the lessons we are supposed to learn. ''Do unto others as you wish unto you''. Period. God, if we could all just GET that one phrase, wouldn't life be grand?
