I didn't post a private person's IP address. I posted a IP address of a person committing crime with in a public forum. I hope the person decides to come forward and save us the time, but either way he's going down.........

And now I see two other people posting...one that the ip address was from Nebraska and the other said Arkansas.

But at any rate, you allege a violation happened not on this website, but on another.

Then you publish what you allege is an ip address from another(?) website on this website. Clearly a violation.
