Yah, I don't get the ultra-sensitive type either. But, civility should reign supreme.
I think we've all got personality disorders. Hopefully we can just keep our personalities IN order.

bobsdad: Tougher Hide required

I can only speak for myself. I am not computer literate like so many of you. I don't surf the net, this is the first place I have ever found like this. I think it would be easier if it were world wide; I could take the cricism with a grain of salt. I care about my neighbor's & their opinions. That to me is the difference. Your opinions matter to me.
I'm used to sitting down face to face with my husband, family & friends and sharing feelings; having debates & arguments, knowing that all points of view are respected, (even if beliefs are disagreed with). I'm not afraid of confrontation. LOL! I'm still trying to figure out how to post opinions & how to react to the bullies responses. I gotta get a tougher hide, I'm just not sure if I want to?
Words can hurt so much more than a slap across the face, the words stay with us forever. There are a few ''established, & knowledgeable posters here.'' They got the tough hide required. There are a few that would love to join the party.
This board can continue on in the way you are all used to, w/ the members you are all comfortable with. OR, you can allow a ''newbie'' to post, feel the board out and be just a litte more respectful @ first w/ your answers. It could only make this site richer.
