Man, what a stroll. Just to let everyone know a little over $1300 in toys are going to the Salvation Army's Angels program. Some nice donations. Thank you all. I did have one person from the hood come in and wish me a Merry NL Christmas. After thinking on it a while I'm guessing it was Bobsdad. Am I correct? Aussielee was in tonight, and I met Lilsmom today also. Chatted with Dude a bit and yesterday LJ was in with his wife. So little by little I'm starting to put some faces with the names. Long tiring day, kids, I'm off to bed. Goodnight.

that's how it is for me

Jeff, I think it's like that for a lot of us. Every year I CAN'T WAIT for the Holidays, and then when they arrive, I'm already thinking of how to make them better next year. That probably says a lot about who I am and what my priorities are.

Sounds like tonight was a success, though. Good for you. It's all about the kids. this time of year.

Not me...

Although my wife was down town for the stroll, I wasn't. Stayed home with the dogs and watched the Cinderella Man movie. Pretty good!
You would know me when you see me. You can recognize me by my exceedingly handsome, but rugged looks, along with a slight odor of Weller and water on my breath. Oh yeh, also the suspenders, the Victoria's Secret jacket and the black high top tennis shoes.
Way to go on the SA Angel's donations! None of us should be able to get through the holiday season without helping the unfortunate kids somehow! Wouldn't be very Christmasy. Should do more all year long.
