It's obvious to me, from what I have read & the responses I have read that people want to respond to what is happening nationally, or make jokes. What about REAL LOCAL ISSUES? In My Humble Opinion, The only responses from anyone to what is TRULY happening in our town seems to be issues none of us can make a difference about. That's ok, I FINALLY get it. This site could be so much more. I'm sad. We have such a wonderful town & so many wonderful people with so much promise. It's just not showcased on this site. How much response has been given on our own Muscatine Musical, with our wonderful Muscatine talents? WHY aren't we proud?
I want a positive site to visit, a place that cares about their town. National news is important. Local news & action is more/as important to me. I hope that out-of towners do NOT judge Muscatine on this site. We are so very much more than this.

did you go? i heard their was only 200-250 attendance each performance. i'm sure it was good, and i still may go. i think a lower ticket price and not through ticketmaster would get a pretty good turnout.

I want to go this weekend. I have heard the same comments from many other people. $4.50 additional cost for tickets through ticket master in our town is highway robbery. That's almost HALF the price of the ticket! It stinks. I have heard from many that the play is AWESOME...I want to support our Muscatine Talent, so I will do it. We want this play to succeed! It's about the history of our town! To me...it's an investment well worth the cost!
