The latest Rasmussen Poll of likely voters shows that the Obumbler's bounce up in the polls was very short lived. As of today he's back where he was before the HC vote (-16). Analysis of the latest poll also confirms that the short lived bounce came exclusively from previously disaffected Dems. I guess they are now disaffected again? The numbers for the Repubs. and the Independents never changed through the whole sordid episode.
