justcurious Respected Neighbor USA 2371 Posts	By the way, the "war powers act", more properly termed the 1973 War Resolution Act, specifies that the president may only act unilaterally if the nation is in imminent danger of attack or our national security interests are in imminent danger. Where do you find those words? I read the whole thing and didn't see them. "Some Dems are arguing that Obama needs Congressional authorization under the War Powers Resolution, which only allows the President to initiate military action without Congress if America is under attack or under serious threat. Same question I've said it before msmal, please engage your brain(?) before saying such stupid things.
