Mr. Carl Swensson, the Chairman of the Clayton County GOP addresses the Georgia Election Advisory Council on July 19th, 2011 in Augusta, Georgia. He informs them of the precedent decision by the U.S. Supreme Court that defines a Natural Born Citizen as one born on the soil to two citizen parents. Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires a candidate for the Office of the President of the United States to be a Natural Born Citizen to prevent dual allegiance and foreign influence.
