I was surprised at Stench questioning the quality of the messenger.   I've been admonished several times for mentioning that one must be careful about information presented by some people and some organizations.   Think Fox and BS.

Oh dear.  It's really quite simple.  Nobody takes TP seriously.  If he delivers the message, it is dismissed.  If you deliver the message, it is usually laughable.
