I'm always the buttermilk fan, but have never used it as a chicken marinade. I always use whole milk. But I'm liking the notion and will by all means use your recipe Saturday evening. As good a night as any to fry some good ole bird. I'll let you know how many smiles we get.
I'll let Bob hubby, do the *highroad* recipe on the side. We don't usually do the morning drink. Love my fresh grounds though.
