If I may. You are an astute thinker here. To further express a though, not giving up has also been one of our greatest virtues in railing against these issues of wrong and wronger still, as time goes by. That truly helps to define an American spirit. Of course there are more than a dozen  other equally important descriptions for an American that I especially wish these so called protectors of our constitution would understand.

Well, he's already got the black vote even though he isn't black. He knows he needs the hispanic vote to eek out what he thinks will be a win in 2012; so, ta da!

In what alternate universe do some of us hale. We caanot give up. That's our undoing in this fight. For pete sake, if he already has it won what's the use. Lets not think that way unless we are ready to throw in the towel. A solid republican has got to be out there and ready to challenge within a year.

Think what way? I posted that "he" thinks it will be a win in 2012. (and so does davieboy, btw.)
