What is this item on the site? I see there are differences. This was not explained to me in the beginning. I have begun to expand my horizons with expressions and such here and think this is kind of neeto. I like all these little faces from the smily guy.

The monitors of this site used to watch things pretty close. Now, they only respond when someone makes a complaint about someone. It used to be used to note whether someone has been a bad boy, or a "valued neighbor". It never changes anymore. They even used to remove posts and threads that contained bad words; but not anymore.

Ah yes. It makes sense so I best be a lady in otherwords. I will keep my tougue in check as I can let one loose now and then. Thank you for the reply.
