It's getting good in the investigations of Fast and Furious.
Sen. Charles Grassley, ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and
Darrell Issa, chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government
Reform, wrote the acting attorney general for the district of Arizona, Ann
Birmingham Scheel, for information about her office's coverup of information
about the BATFE's Fast and Furious program.
Excerpts from the letter:
"As you are undoubtedly aware, many questions about your office's role in the
Operation Fast and Furious remain.""Witnesses have reported that [former assistant United States attorney] Emory
Hurley may have stifled ATF's agents' attempts to interdict weapons on numerous
occasions."
And so much more in the attached PDF. (It's 4 pages but worth the read)
These are United States attorney's working for Holder's Justice Dept.
