A highly likely scenario:

Bigwigs in the dem party make a behind the scenes visit to the Obumbler and advise him that he needs to do a "I will not seek the nomination...." announcement.

In other words they make him an offer he cannot refuse.

This visit by high level dems and behind the scenes "sponsors" will scare the shit out of our Obumbler.

The Obumbler will address the nation and indicate that he will not run for a second term as he "needs to spend more time with his family"  (Note, he will really mean "the family" in Chicago).

Hillary, Mario Cuomo, Russ Feingold, Jerry Brown, Howard Dean, Dennis Kucinich, and other libs will announce they are running for the dem nomination.  Let the ball begin.  Lady's choice.

...with his family... like the illegal alien Aunt Zeituni that mooched the public system in Boston for public housing, welfare and food stamps for years; all while ignoring deportation orders and skipping immigration hearings...

or maybe his illegal alien Uncle Onyango Obama that has a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement warrant for his arrest. ICE has previously ordered obama to be deported back to Kenya as well, which he ignored just like the aunt...

Yep; nobama, the US president from Kenya, certainly has his hands full with family matters (a'hem) that he will need to give up the presidency over.
