Sen. Durbin: Dems Don't Have The Votes To Pass Obama Jobs Bill

 

"We're not going to have 100% of Democratic Senators, that's why it needs to be bipartisan. And I hope we can find some Republicans who will join us to make it happen," Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) told WLS-AM on Thursday.

Barak Obama was on an NBC affiliate in Orlando Florida last night (9/29) and made this comment:

"I mean, there are a lot of things, umm, ummm, things we can do," Obama said. "The way I think about it is, you know, this is a great, this is great, umm, ummm, ummm, great country that had gotten a little soft and, you know, ummm, we didn't have that same competitive edge that we needed over the last, ummm, ummm, couple of decades. We need to get back on track."

Can anyone think of anything more ridiculous than Barak Obama calling out anyone or anything for being soft?     

Yeah, an oilman decrying, *America is addicted to oil. But beyond that, nope, Obama is a lost clown about to be put out of a job in a few months.
