When you start a dicussion about Sean Penn and Qaddafi and then switch to Qaddafi and Chavez with no clues to the connection, it should be up to you to provide some. And you didn't. Sean Penn has visited Libya since the death of Qaddafi so one could have also asked what Chavez had to with Sean Penn replacing Qaddafi. It's not ignorance. It's a shortage of ESP.
