What do you mean by "progressive"?
If you go to dictionary.com it states that if it is spelled with a capital 'p', it refers to a Progressive Party. Many liberals subscribe to the Progressive philosophy, but I don't think either Roby or Hoppi lean Progressive. I do believe that they are both positive persons, as republican replied. One could think that it galls republican that there is not a dem on the ballot for Mayor of Muscatine. Let's keep Muscatine conservative.
