That same year, a guy threw his girlfriend's cat out of a car window onto the freeway during an argument, and it was obviously wiped out. He got seven yrs for animal cruelty.

Not only did the enabling dr get four years, but will probably only spend a few months in the county clinker due to the overcrowding of the penal system in calif. Sometimes justice is not only blind, but also deaf and dumb.

I'm pretty sure that this Murry guy would tell us that Jackson's death was an "unintended consequence".
But like Clarence Darrow said, "All men have an emotion to kill; when they strongly dislike some one they involuntarily wish he was dead. I have never killed any one, but I have read some obituary notices with great satisfaction."
