I'm pretty sure that the written word is considered libel and not slander. Did you just lie? #7#

You're right TP.   Using BS's definitions, I think the answer is yes.

anyway would it not be a misprint and not libel, and I agree it might just be a lie!!!

How does old BS know the private owners have abandoned them?   I have seen people working on both.   Probably owners.

Because I looked into buying them from the private owners.

Gosh BS, if they were abandoned by private owners they wouldn't have private owners to talk to.   I think you're making it up again.   Or in harsher terms that would be lying.

As for tax rolls, the type of construction is all that is listed and described as "church". They are not "on the tax rolls" as churches or there would not be any taxes paid or due, as in their reflected tax history.

If the county can call them churches, I can call them churches.   Stop it now.

As stated, I looked into buying each. Too much work needed done for any conversion, for my money. Those church elders never abandoned either; which is my point. Mallcontent slandered those church leaders by calling those properties abandoned churches. It implies neglect by the churches.

They WERE neglected and long before they were transferred to private owners.   That applies to Sixth and Walnut especially.   That building has shown signs of neglect for 10 years or more before it was bought by private owners in August of this year.

That's close enough to being "slander" for most mortals.

It's difficult to prove slander (or libel) when it's true.

Mallcontent just is not bright enough to know the mistakes she makes here. but I will continue to point them out.

When you find one, please do, but don't continually make them up.  I can't be bullied that easily.
