Starting tomorrow in the State of Illinois, one must provide a picture ID to purchase drain cleaning products. Yes, you read that correctly, you need to show a picture ID to purchase Drano for Gawd's sake. So just who is being discrimated against by this law? After all the libs were crying foul to any mention of making persons provide ID to elect the persons who govern our nation, our states, and our municipalities as these would discrimate against lib voters. So would this new Illinois law discrimate against liberal plumbers or do-it-yourselfers?

Seem as if you are a law abiding citizen driving to the local Walmart to pick up a few things,  you may get pulled over and asked for license and registration.  When arriving at Walmart, you are asked to show you ID to get some meds for that nasty head cold.  After ID is approved you head to the household isle to pick up some drano for that nasty clog in your drain.  ID please.  Then you head to the hardware department to pick up a can of spray paint for that old lawn chair that's all rusty.  Id'd again  to prove you are old enough, and not going to decorate a wall somewhere.  At check out, I'd again for that six pack you now need badly to erase all this anxiety you now have. 

And SOME shout about racial profiling while asking for an ID.  Give me a break!

Where are all those folks who protested requiring voters to present a photo ID? Why are they not highly incensed that anyone would need to show a photo ID to purchase a product to clean their drain? A person who is voting for persons who sit in the white house, the United States Senate, the United States House of Representative, the Mayor of anytown USA do not need to prove who they say they are, but by Gawd don't try to sneak a drain cleaner to take care of that pesky slow drain in the bathroom past the clerk without showing a photo ID.

What's wrong with ya? You only fight battles that the DNC and ms wasserman schitz tell you to fight? Can you see how stupid it sounds to say voting should not require a photo ID when one must show photo ID to buy drain cleaner and basically everything you do in life.
