bigbrother Neighbor Muscatine, Iowa 6176 Posts	Reading today's newspaper it appears Clean Air Muscatine will finally get the City to do something about the deadly air coming from GPC. Clean Air Muscatine apparently wants some monitoring that willl be able to warn people the days the air is too bad to breathe: Suggested sign on Jogging trail: WHILE EXERCISING TODAY DON'T BREATHE, IT WILL KILL YOU I think the monitoring is in place but it's not reported in a timely or useful manner. Most of us have learned to tell a bad day from a not so bad day but we really can't tell just how life threatening the bad days are. mallcontent....would you please tell the rest of us what a bad day is in Muscatine?
