Obama Ordered To Appear Before Atlanta Judge

by Keith Koffler on January 21, 2012, 11:39 am

President Obama has been ordered to appear before a judge in Atlanta in a case challenging whether he is qualified to be president of the United States, according to the Associated Press.

The judge set the hearing for this Thursday after denying on Friday a motion by Obama’s lawyer to quash a subpoena that requires Obama to personally show up.

Obama, however, will be nowhere near Atlanta on Thursday. According to the White House, he will be out West promoting the agenda he plans to lay out in Tuesday’s State of the Union address. Obama Thursday plans to make appearances in Las Vegas and Denver areas before traveling on to Detroit to spend the night.

Litigants in the case say he is not eligible to run in Georgia’s March Democratic primary because they claim he is not a “natural born citizen” as required by the Constitution, since his father was not a citizen. But they clearly hope a ruling against Obama will make the issue a national cause and raise questions about his eligibility to run in the general election.

I pray that the judge don't sentence Obama to 4 years, then parole him to us.

It seems that any one of the R candidates are better qualified that nobama ever was. Kinda hard for liberals to be putting them down over that. Must be why the lib press is so set to attack at every instance, like they did Gingrich at the debates the other night. My wife told me that he won the most *married women voters* in the SC after that personal CNN attack and his response to it. Kinda cool how that all worked out for him in SC. I think they said he captured every poll category with the voter exit polls.

I've yet to make up my mind yet. Gonna be interesting. I do like that Gingrich has a superior education, has served 20 yrs in Congress already, and as Speaker and third in charge in the US line of succession, has already been entrusted with taking over our country if anything were to have happened to the pres and vice pres. No other R has this education and experience to offer America. But, we'll see what comes along next.

Like I said a few years back:  Cuffing him and perp walking him out of the oval office is within the realm of possibility, isn't it?
