The Ogallala aquifer in Nebraska. Ironic, isn't it? Guess how many hazardous material trains pass thru there every week? Can't we get the expert "mallcontent" to comment on why oil trains through the Ogallala aquifer and other water sensitive river bottoms from Canada to the Gulf would be safer than the Keystone underground oil pipeline?
