I assume
that the powers in charge will provide some means of access to the businesses operating on Cedar between Logan and Houser while the construction is taking place? I wonder if they had, or plan to have, a neighborhood meeting similar to the one conducted for the residents along Hershey before that got started.
I'll just mention it for the heck of it, but I'm also wondering if there will be some provision for penalties if the contracting company misses their deadline(s)
. There apparently were none during the Hershey Ave. project.
