Just a footnote: I posted an NPR article from 2009. It says "Congress voted overwhelmingly last year (which means 2008) to ban ACORN and its affiliates from getting millions of dollars in federal funds". Who was it that controlled congress in 2008? Even Congress knew something was wrong with this group! Let's see if mallcontent wants to go on record defending ACORN some more, and opposing her 2008 liberal majority friends in Congress, who actually are the ones that caused the diamantling! (Like I said...its always about the money!) 
Yeah, I'll continue to say that it was a gross miscariage of justice. Congress, including any liberals that voted to cut the funding, was stampeded into acting before they had the whole story.
Why Breitbart can do that? He has FOX, Limbaugh and others to help him. When that gang gets the 25% or 30% of the population who rely on FOX riled, it's hard to get the true story out. And even the responsible media don't always act responsibly.
