Limbaugh

Malodery's blocking for TP again.  Still no answer from TP on my 2 questions.

By the way, radio advertising is very fluid.  Sponsor's come and go all the time.  If you are going to count those that are "going", you also have to count those that newly signed (to be fair, that is).  But I'm wasting my time with that, am I not.   This whole blah blah about Rush's sponsors does not, and will not amount to a hill of beans.  That's why the libs and commies are so frustrated right now.  They thought he would be gone by now.  I don't normally listen to him, but I'm glad his ratings are soaring.  Anything to rub it in the libs snot nose little demonic faces.

I counted about 80 ad spots on Limbaugh's program today and only about 5 or 6, maybe as high as 8, were paid.   The rest were free public service announcements.   And some of them are trying to pull their ads but have little control of where they are placed.

I'll start counting the newly signed when I see one.

Such a short memory you have.  This was one of several post you made supporting your notion that Rush is losing sponsors and not getting new ones.  See the next post for my reply..........

Okay.  Let's make a wager.  I'll bet Rush will still be around with the highest rated show on radio in 6 months.  He'll have more sponsors than he needs, and many will be new.  I'll leave this site forever in September if that's not the case.  Will you do the same if I'm right?  And I mean leave.  I don't mean just change names like the gutless Chosen.

How's about it, Mal?  Or would you prefer a cash bet?

Here was my response. You've been dancing your way around it ever since.

Look, if this is too tough for you, you can just say "You know SL, I don't really believe that Rush will be struggling in six months.  You're right.  He'll have more sponsors than he needs, and will still be the highest rated, most listened-to voice on radio.  I just don't have the guts to take your bet".

Now THAT  would be a change.  It would be an honest, heartfelt, factually correct statement on your part.

I had hoped that a day or two of thoughtful contemplation might hasten your move to back your words with action.  Sadly...no.  Not yet.

Are you still here?   I thought it should be clear by now that I have no interest in making a bet that I can't collect or enforce.
