Typical political ploy. Leave out part of the quote so it looks totally different. Sad that it is such an obvious ploy and so simple to do the right thing. The right thing is to either put the entire line in or print none of it.

Is this the new rule? We can no longer post part of a statement and a link to the whole statement? I've seen a lot of headlines here that give an exaggerated or wrong impression. Some have links to the whole story but some do not. And when I ask about the context, I'm told to do my own search. |
