The next rumor (unsubstantiated...but a genuine rumor nonetheless:
Those hookers were actually in the hotel before the secret service got there. Someone said the girls were attending a GSA party when the SS guys checked in. So...part of the blame should fall on the GSA dude/dudess that scheduled the party so close to Obumbler's visit.
This should come out in the investigation. I'm sure steps will be taken (laws probably passed) to regulate the scheduling of those kinds of parties relative to the POTUS' travel plans.
There is some talk about some solution involving hiring only homosexual males or eunuchs for secret service duty. This could be done through proper implementation of affirmative action procedures.
