I'm on a very short leash w/politics.

But the most bizarre thing in this clip to me anyway, is that he declares Geitner as the second best treasury sec.

Liston carefully.   He doesn't say the second best treasurer.   He says that only one other had to deal with a greater multiplicity of issues than Geitner.   Nothing about how well he handled them.

I did a bit of paraphrasing there.

My point is that he has no business in the administration in the first place. These guys like to go on about their skills and history within the system, but seem to forget or hide how they got it in the first place.

Oh also---mr maxon, you're kinda lost in left field there.  The teams have switched positions already. Come in now and get your water bucket.

I assume you're speaking to me, despite the inventive spelling.  O's do sort of look like E's I suppose.

I did in fact play some baseball in my day.  Mostly centerfield.  Had pretty good wheels back then.  I don't quite understand the baseball reference, but am pretty sure that this BDEYE person, who I think is very funny while not letting you take yourself too seriously, might be surprised to think  that you think that he's me.  Of course, that might be the most thinking you've done this month, so have at it.

That I do.

I thijnk I might go with --Ahs do sotta loog lak dat. If in fact that is you- he is- or is he, it should be taken as a bit of a compliment. I do indeed think he/you or whomever is rather funny. taking one too seriously isn't my nature needless to say. Or perhaps it is? Not sure any longer. Baseball? left field etc. Water boy. It seems we've developed some from of commonality. I walk away a day or two so I can get back to taking myself seriously again, come back to a very attentive cluster mildly surprised at the speed to which a reply is lazed back.

 Fine work -is my prose.

Is this Romney we're talking about here?
