It depends on what the meaning of the word "is" is.

Obama: Being Accused Of Leaking Classified Memos Is "Offensive"

"At a press conference today, President Obama denied his administration was the source of government leaks showing the U.S. was behind cyber attacks on Iran and their nuclear program.

"The notion that my White House would purposely release classified national security information is offensive. It's wrong," Obama said."

Note, that he didn't say the white house didn't do the leaks.  He said that the notion was offensive.  And it was just wrong to have such a notion.  Being caught is offensive to most criminals.

And, if leaking national security information is so offensive to him, why did he leak it to the Hollywood producers of the Bin Laden movie?  And why is he so against appointing a special prosecutor to actually root out the leaker(s)?

Why were all the leaks positive for his tough guy image and none negative?
