Looks like there are a couple more worth mentioning:

Al Qaeda in Iraq threatens attacks in U.S.

The militant group Al Qaeda in Iraq, which has rebuilt its campaign in the Persian Gulf nation, wants to launch attacks in the United States, intelligence officials say.

BAGHDAD — A wave of deadly attacks rocked at least 13 cities across Iraq on Monday, leaving at least 100 dead and dozens more injured in what officials described as the bloodiest day in the country in two years.

And one big item: nobama told us just before the last mid-term elections that the last combat troops/units had left Iraq. It was all over world and domestic news when he said Operation Iraqi Freedom was finished, and he named the going-forward action Operation New Dawn. The Dept of Defense website reports that as of yesterday at 10 am Eastern time, there have been 38 US troops *killed in action* and 301 US troops *wounded in action* in Iraq under Operation New Dawn. If all combat troops had left, why does nobama's Dept of Defense continue to report troop deaths and injuries there? As noted above, the bloodiest day in Iraq in two years just occurred, as things are reported to be getting worse.
